I am the bookshop owl. You might have seen me ruffling my feathers on the walls of my home - The Bookshop by the Sea. There used to be a picture of me on the sign on the high street. I’m pretty famous really.  I have been hooting a lot about books recently and how much I love them. That’s why I’ve come home to roost in a bookshop. I flew in one day in May when the weather was a little chilly and stayed, mostly because it’s so cosy. I don’t think owls should have to go outside once we have found our reading nooks.  I’ve made lots of friends and characters on the bookshop shelves including the book fairy, the bookworm, and the book princess. They whisper all the things they love about books and reading, writing, art and poetry. ~So snuggle into your feathers and we’ll share some words with you~
